The Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission (OSHRC) has revised part 2205, which it endorsed to implement section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973. These revisions consist of corrections and technical amendments, statutory and regulatory changes, and incorporate procedures for filing complaints under section 508 of the amended Rehabilitation Act of 1973.
