Some statistics say there are 1.1 billion people worldwide with disabilities. You could argue that these people would bring in at least another 1.1 billion passionate friends and family members who would be advocating full access and equal opportunity. Business should look at these people as another sales funnel that, if catered to, could help bring in some of the $8.1 trillion in annual spending this segment represents.
