$100,000 of assistance for school districts

The Bureau of Internet Accessibility (BoIA) understands the unique challenges that school districts face when confronted with a letter from the Office of Civil Rights (OCR) or when preparing for ADA digital compliance.

To help districts succeed with the digital accessibility regulations and to improve the overall accessibility to educational markets for impaired individuals, BoIA is providing in-kind donations of $100,000 in detailed electronic school website scans (more comprehensive than the free scans offered on the BoIA website) along with consultation to help interpret results and help formulate a remediation strategy to qualified educational institutions.
