19 AGs Petition Federal Government: Clarity on Web Accessibility!

So far, 2018 has seen a continued increase in the number of lawsuits filed against U.S. organizations for failing to comply with accessibility requirements. Specifically, the lawsuits are based on discriminatory inaccessibility of websites to people with a visual or hearing disability.
WCAG 2.1 A/AA Audits Now Available
Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 is the generally accepted standard for web accessibility established by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). BoIA has implemented the new criteria for WCAG 2.1 A/AA audits. The 12 new A/AA checkpoints have been incorporated into both our automated testing and manual testing platforms.
