## Please note we will not be at csun this year

We originally announced our plans to attend the 35th CSUN Assistive Technology Conference on March 11 - 13. Please note we will not be attending as planned.

Mark Shapiro, president of the Bureau of Internet Accessibility, said:

> "In this time of heightened health and travel concerns, we simply can't risk the safety of our tremendous team. It's disappointing, of course, as we looked forward to meeting with so many of you, but it's the right call for us."

## Original post, expressing our hope to meet many of you at our booth

The Bureau of Internet Accessibility team will be at the [35th CSUN Assistive Technology Conference](https://www.csun.edu/cod/conference/sessions/2020/index.php/public/website_pages/view/5) on March 11 – 13, 2020. We'll be at **Booth 1314** in the Grand Ballroom. We look forward to meeting you there!

We'll be on-site to talk about all the ways we're helping our clients achieve their accessibility goals and prove their digital compliance, and we'd love to find out what you're up to, too.

The conference will take place at the Anaheim Marriott, located at 700 West Convention Way in Anaheim, CA.

New to assistive technology? It's really anything that makes tasks easier for people. In the world of digital accessibility, assistive technology usually refers to alternate output and input tools and methods, like screen readers, speech recognition, and switches.
